Pale bloom
Upper Waterhay Meadow in Wiltshire is one of only two sites in Britain where there are large numbers of white snake's-head fritillaries. If you look closely, you can see that they have the same chequerboard pattern as their coloured counterparts. The flower meadows are on the edge of Cotswold Water Park.
