These rarely seen forest pheasants are so shy it's impossible to film natural behaviour in the wild. In this case, captive tragopans were filmed in a natural-looking set in a Somerset bird park. The tragopans here were sufficiently relaxed around people to allow us to film details of the male's extraordinarily colourful courtship display.
