Sir Mo Farah has some tips - and tunes - for Vernon!

Mo Farah, John Bishop, Jo Whiley, Davina McCall and Jordan North - aka Vernon's Children In Need Champions - star in this week's very special edition of Tracks of My Years.

It's a special week on Tracks of My Years as Vernon gets two motivational songs and a pep talk from a different celebrity each day - his Children In Need Champions, all of whom have been through an endurance challenge of their own.

Today, it's Mo Farah, considered one of the greatest runners of all time. His ten global championship gold medals (four Olympic and six World titles) make him the most successful male track distance runner ever, and he's the most successful British track athlete in modern Olympic Games history. Plus, he knows what it takes to get Vernon going after they spent over two weeks together in a Welsh castle on I'm A Celebrity...!
