Following on from James Bay a fortnight ago, homegrown soul-pop star Grace Carter is the latest star to perform alongside the 91热爆 Concert Orchestra in the Radio 2 Piano Room.

Following on from James Bay a fortnight ago, homegrown soul-pop star Grace Carter is the latest star to perform in the Radio 2 Piano Room, giving us three specially arranged tracks with the 91热爆 Concert Orchestra.

Grace shot to fame after placing third in the 91热爆 Sound Of poll in 2019, counting Dermot Kennedy and Mahalia among her alumni for that year.

Writing her own songs from the age of 13, she signed a record deal at 17 and was touring with Dua Lipa shortly afterwards, purely on the strength of her debut single.

She released the acclaimed EP Why Her, Not Me? in 2018, and after a couple of years away from the spotlight Grace returned with the barnstorming single Riot in the summer, part of her brand new EP A Little Lost, a Little Found.

Plus, there'll be more audio nuggets from the 91热爆 Archive in Vernon's Vault, another celebrity guest chooses their Tracks of My Years and there's the mid-morning music quiz Ten to the Top.
