Vinny Hurrell presents an appeal on behalf of Aware, a local charity that works exclusively with people with depression and bipolar disorder, and those who care for them.

Vinny hears from one young woman who contacted the charity when she was suffering with low mental health. She received help from their peer support groups until recovery and now works as a volunteer with the charity.
