Tha na seòid a’ còcaireachd le iasg is maorach. The lads are inspired to cook with locally sourced seafood. Donning their wetsuits, they meet with a local diver and catch their own scallops in the shallow waters close to shore. Heading back to their barn kitchen, they cook up several recipes including Seafood Gumbo, Scallops in Lemon and Caper sauce, Megrim in White Wine and Mushroom sauce and an impressive “Catch of the Day” Risotto.
