To celebrate the Commonwealth Games, over the next three episodes Sonya is finding out how you can make a career from sport, with some of the biggest names in the business.

This week, she鈥檚 exploring the mind of world champion Sikh powerlifter Karenjeet Kaur Bains. Karenjeet is Britain's first female Sikh powerlifter to represent Team GB at the European and World Championships, and was the 2019 Commonwealth champion in the junior women's under 63kg . Karenjeet shares how her skillset in the gym has helped her in her work as an accountant and as a fitness coach, as well as the barriers she鈥檚 faced as a South Asian woman powerlifter and how they鈥檝e motivated her.
