As part of 6 Music's Slow Sunday Acoustic, Mark Radcliffe and Stuart Maconie present a beautiful blend of chilled acoustic music, perfect for Sunday mornings.

As well as their own selection of top acoustic tunes, Mark and Stuart also hear from American singer, songwriter and musician Joan Wasser AKA Joan As Police Woman who picks some of her favourite laid back acoustic tracks by artists that she loves.

Joan, whose music career spans thirty years, releases a new album next month. Titled 鈥楾he Solution Is Restless鈥�, it was written and recorded with Dave Okumu of The Invisible and legendary drummer Tony Allen shortly before he sadly passed away in April 2020. Over lockdown, Joan worked with Damon Albarn, released her second album of cover songs and her first live album. She shares her acoustic musical loves with Mark and Stuart.

In their new two-hour time-slot, Mark and Stuart play a restorative and relaxing blend of acoustic gems including music from Joni Mitchell, Katherine Priddy and Lianne La Havas.
