Twelve Hours in Treorchy

A portrait of Treorchy in the Rhondda over the course of a single working day.

A portrait of Treorchy over the course of a single working day.

In January 2020 Treorchy in the Rhondda Valley was crowned UK High Street of the Year. It was a vindication of the dynamism and resourcefulness of the town.

Then Covid came.

In this programme we focus on Treorchy in the wake of those events -- a portrait of the town, hour by hour, over the course of a single working day.

Narration by Siwan Morris.

With thanks to all who assisted and agreed to be recorded.
