Amongst those featured is a report by Angela Maclean on the attempts to bring to court alleged war crimes connected to the Kosovo war 20 years ago. The  allegations relate to members of the Kosovo Liberation Army who fought for independence from Serbia for the region's ethnic Albanian population.

Alasdair Macleod reported on the impact of online short-term letting platforms such as Airbnb on housing in Skye, where the lack of long-term rented accommodation for local workers was causing concern. And Andreas Wollf was on the Greek island of Lesbos reporting on the migrant crisis. Around 20,000 migrants have made their way there and now live in a camp originally designed for 3,000.
