Mary Anne Hobbs talks to hip hop prodigy Bishop Nehru about the benefits of meditation on both his music and his health.

The 22 year old rapper, who has been dubbed the 鈥渇uture of hip hop鈥� by Nas, revealed that he has been meditating since he was in 8th grade, and that it has helped to still his 鈥渁nalytical mind", reducing the symptoms of ADHD.
