Neil Forbes and Sumayya Usmani are joined by potato expert Alan Romans and chef, food consultant and potato lover Christopher Trotter to discuss the best of Scotland's spuds. Christopher Trotter cooks up his classic stovies recipe, Neil prepares some posh potato scones, and Sumayya gives potatoes a Pakistani twist with her keema cutlets.
