A man is due in court in Strabane today charged with the murder of missing Omagh woman Charlotte Murray. DUP MP Gregory Campbell has raised questions about prosecutions for Troubles-related killings after the chief constable confirmed that the Sinn Fein mayor of Donegal Gerry McMonagle is not wanted for questioning about an IRA murder, for which he was once a suspect. The Derry republican went on the run across the border after being charged over the murder of UDR soldier Hugh "lexie" Cummings in Strabane in 1982. Gregory Campbell raised that case - along with Bloody Sunday - when George Hamilton addressed the Northern Ireland Affairs Committee yesterday.
