The humble pair of trainers have been integral to presenter John Rutledge鈥檚 wardrobe. Though at the age of 40, he鈥檚 starting to wonder if he鈥檚 just too old to pull off the look.

John Rutledge is facing a dilemma. He鈥檚 been obsessed with trainers since the playground explosion of the 80's, but now at the tender age of 40 is he too old to wear them?
