The John Toal Show broadcasts from a house in Warrenpoint – belonging to Tai Chi instructor and Pantomime lover Geraldine who welcomes us into her home.

We meet the children who will ‘Wake the Giant’ – a figure which will stand over 50 feet in Warrenpoint Park - constructed by artist Francis Morgan, as part of the Wake The Giant Festival.

Warrenpoint musician Donal Kearney will sing some pieces inspired by the local area surrounding Carlingford Lough. Plus MJ Reavey will be playing a self-penned song for us on his acoustic guitar.

And we meet The Cabbage Patchers – a group based on the grounds of the Narrow Water Castle whose aim is to encourage local people - young and old, to work together to grow vegetables, tidy gardens and to foster a sense of community.
