This week John meets Tony Berkeley who set up Running Blind in Belfast which helps raise money for Guide Dogs NI. Running Blind is an event in Stormont where people blindfold each other and run laps with a partner to experience what it's like to run as someone who is visually impaired.

We also have the wonderful young singer Holly McCoubrey back on the show and John will be chatting to the first Belfast Rose of Tralee Therese Collins and an escort from this year's Rose of Tralee Festival.

And Olympic fever has got hold of Paula this week as she makes Brazilian ribs!
