Clare English goes off road this week as she joins Steve Mitchell for a tour round Scotland's largest buffalo farm near Kirkcaldy and hears all about their recent Scotland Food and Drink Excellence Award. Also, Caroline Eden talks about how she's managed to capture the food of 7 different ethnic groups in her new book which focuses on the food of Central Asia and the Caucasus.
