In this programme, we follow the Inverness-based coastguard search and rescue helicopter as it does a joint training mission with Invergordon Lifeboat. Jon Burley is winched down onto the deck of the moving lifeboat along with a stretcher: a feat of nerve and skill.
Apart from Gibraltar Airport, the only other airport in the world to have a main road pass through the runway is Sumburgh in Shetland. The men who man the barriers face the challenge of drivers jumping the traffic lights. Meanwhile, Shonnie MacKay is on duty at the Loganair check-in desk at Benbecula Airport, and everything isn't going according to plan.
