What is the best way to fix the NHS in England? Trusts are 拢2.5 billion in the red - should they be allowed to go bankrupt, or should some hospitals close?

What's the best way to sort out the NHS deficit? 65% of English trusts and 90% of hospitals were in the red at the end of the last financial year. The free-market think tank the IEA says hospitals should be allowed to go bankrupt, and private firms allowed in to run them.
