Calvary
Drama. An Irish priest who is threatened during a confession finds himself in a race against time to discover the identity of his potential killer.
County Sligo priest Father James hears an unusual confession from one of his flock. The speaker talks of a crime committed many years ago and outlines his plan for a shocking revenge. Father James arranges to meet the confessor in a week's time and in the interim spends time with his diverse and sometime perverse flock, contemplating his vocation and attempting to offer comfort to his parishioners.
