The President of the Supreme Court, Lord Neuberger, tells Victoria he's concerned that cuts to legal aid are making it harder for people on lower incomes to get access to justice.

A piece of broadcasting history as the programme comes live from inside the Supreme Court - the highest court in land. Victoria speaks to the Court's President, Lord Neuberger, who says he's concerned about the impact of cuts to legal aid. He also says that European Courts over-rule British court rulings far less frequently than many people might think, and he admits to occasionally losing sleep over the decisions he has to make.
