The singer Alfie Boe got his first big break in Baz Luhrman鈥檚 2002 Broadway production of La Boh猫me. He聽stole the show聽in 2010 when he took the lead role as聽Jean Valjean in the 25th anniversary concert performance of Les Mis茅rables at the O2 Arena.聽Last year he was invited to sing at the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Concert at Buckingham Palace. First known聽as an opera singer, Alfie has always loved聽all musical styles, from rock to opera, and聽his latest聽album聽鈥淭rust鈥� (released last November)聽really showcases his talent as a crossover artist.聽Alfie can be seen on this evening's episode of ITV's period drama "Mr Selfridge".聽
