Graham Stewart sits in

Graham Stewart sits in for Kaye Adams. Cyclist Bradley Wiggins says we should all have to wear a bike helmet - is he right? And is enough being done to look after cemeteries?

Super cyclist and gold medal winner Bradley Wiggins has said that cyclists haven't got a case to answer if they have an accident while not wearing a bike helmet. Graham asks...Should it be compulsory to wear a bike helmet?

And...

Two recently bereaved parents in Wick were devastated to learn this week that their 17 year old son's grave has been vandalised, and this after he was killed in a car crash earlier in the year. Christopher Durrand's father George said he didn't think things could get any worse after the death of his only son, and is calling for CCTV in cemeteries.

With so many of Scotland's final resting places being subject to vandalism, graffiti, rubbish and general neglect, Graham asks...Are we doing enough to look after our cemeteries? And who should bear the cost of keeping our final resting places clean, safe and peaceful?

Also...

In the week that Graham got a telling off from his credit card company for failing to check his bank statements, Call Kaye asks...How often should we be checking our bank statements?
