Patricia Jones on the court battle to save her home after her ex-partner claimed half the value. Live coverage of James Murdoch's evidence to MPs looking into phone hacking.

A woman whose ex-partner tried to claim half the value of her home, 12 years after he'd left, talks to Victoria about her relief that the courts finally ruled in her favour. Patricia Jones and Leonard Kernott lived together, unmarried, in their three-bed home until they split up. He left the property in 1993 and didn't contribute to the mortgage. Last year the appeal court ruled Leonard Kernott was entitled to one hundred and nine thousand pounds - half the value of the house. Yesterday that ruling was overturned and he was awarded ten percent.

The chairman of News International, James Murdoch, arrives at the Houses of Parliament to answer more questions from MPs on exactly how much he knew about phone-hacking at the News of the World. Full live coverage of his evidence.
