We look at a ban on short selling in certain eurozone countries, the markets' effect on pensions and how you can try and predict stock markets.

France, Italy, Spain and Belgium are due to announce a ban on the short selling of financial stocks. However there are concerns that not having this ban, in the rest of the 27-nation bloc, will sow confusion. Jacques Cailloux, Chief European Economist at RBS and James Bevan, Chief Investment Officer at CCLA Investment Management join us. For many of us, the place where we are most likely to feel the impact of the market turmoil will be on our pension pots. So just how bad have the last few days been? Alex Henderson, partner at PWC has been doing the number crunching for us. Finally, what does history tell us about the events of this week?
