What did investors make of Murdoch's appearance before the Select Committee? The IMF warns eurozone leaders to take immediate action over the debt crisis.

How did Rupert Murdoch's appearance before the Select Committee go down with investors? We are joined by Larry Haverty, a portfolio manager at Gamco Investors, which owns 12 million shares in News Corporation.

The IMF has warned that eurozone leaders must take immediate action over the debt crisis or it will prove 'very costly' for the rest of the world. Scottish Retail Consortium figures show a 2% decrease in like-for-like sales on last year. We hear more from the head of policy at the Scottish Chambers of Commerce.

Finally, Independent financial advisors could be steering customers toward pensions with higher charges and risks says financial watchdog Consumer Focus. We are joined by their Chief Executive, Mike O'Connor.
