A High Court judge has lifted a gagging order given to the former Royal Bank of Scotland boss, Sir Fred Goodwin, to stop reports of an affair he had with a senior colleague. It's after a peer revealed details of the injunction in the House of Lords. So what makes one story fair game and another off limits? Nicky Campbell takes your calls.

Lord Stoneham said the public had a right to know what was going on, because of who Sir Fred was and where he was working. BUT that the 'titilating stories of celebrities' should stay off limits.
