Are some rapes more serious than others?

Ken Clarke says he 'made the wrong choice of words' when he initially seemed to make that suggestion to Victoria Derbyshire on 5 live yesterday.

The Justice Secretary has now clarified his comments. He says he believes that all rape is serious and should be treated as such.

Nicky Campbell takes your calls, and his guests include Ruth Hall from Women Against Rape, criminal lawyer Robert Brown, and Gary in Birmingham who was accused by an ex-girlfriend of raping her.
