Anglo Irish Bank's records 6 month losses, better policing for misleading online ads, and a 'superb' oil discovery in the North Sea.

Anglo Irish Bank posted record 6 month losses yesterday, and will now be split into 'good' and 'bad' banks. We ask Eoin O'Callaghan, European economist at BNP Paribas, why the bank has delivered such dire figures.

The Advertising Standards Authority will extends its remit on the web, to curb misleading ads online. Ian Maude, an online advertising expert from Enders Analysis, tells us what kind of adverts will be targeted.

The oil exploration company Encore has confirmed a 'superb' find in the North Sea, estimated at between one hundred and two hundred million barrels. We ask David Hunter, energy analyst at M&C Energy Group, about the significance of the discovery.

And the body that represents brewers and pubs, the British Beer and Pub Association, is calling for changes to the alcohol tax system. Brigid Simmonds, chief executive of the BBPA, tell us how the changes would make a difference to the industry.
