Takacs Quartet - Beethoven (Part 1)

The Takacs Quartet begin a cycle of all Beethoven's quartets at the Queen Elizabeth Hall, with the first (Op 18 No 1), one from the middle years (Op 74) and the late Op 131.

The Takacs Quartet continue their cycle of all Beethoven's quartets at the Queen Elizabeth Hall, London, with the first in the cycle, one from the middle years, nicknamed The Harp because of the pizzicato effects in the first movement, and the late masterpiece in C sharp minor, Op 131.
