Flakemeal Biscuits

Ingredients
300g soft butter
150g castor sugar
150g plain flour
75g desiccated coconut
325g oats

Method
Lightly butter 2 baking trays and set oven to 180C.
Beat the butter and sugar until pale and fluffy.
Fold in the flour, coconut and oats and mix to a dough.
Roll out to just over a centimetre thick and place on trays.
Bake for 20 minutes and cool on a wire rack.
