Christiaan
The first Bake Off finalist is Christiaan, a clothing designer from London.
He was born in the Netherlands and studied fashion in Amsterdam before moving to the UK seven years ago to pursue his career.
He likes floral and citrus flavours and is big on baking bread, which reminds him of the birthday bakes his mum used to make him.
Will Christiaan's final bakes be enough to secure him the Bake Off title this year?
Dylan
The second Bake Off finalist of this series is Dylan from Buckinghamshire.
He loves skateboarding and travelling and is very proud of his roots, as his mother is Indian and his father is Japanese鈥揃elgian.
He likes to experiment with sweet and spice in his bakes, inspired by his heritage.
Will Dylan be able to impress the judges enough to win the series?
Georgie
The third and final member of the top three this year is Georgie, who is a children's nurse.
She lives in a farmhouse in Carmarthenshire with her husband, three children, ten chickens, two ducks, two dogs and a cat.
Georgie is a lover of the Italian baked sweet cannolis and says her love of food comes from baking with her Italian Nonna as a child.
Can Georgie outshine the competition with her final baked creations?
