How do you predict the weather?
- Published
We've seen a lot of changing weather lately, going from one of the coldest winters ever, to the hottest summer in sixteen years.
The unpredictable weather keeps forecasters on their toes, but how do they get it right every time?
All the data from sensors goes into hundreds of Met Office centres around the world where they test wind speed, temperature and visibility.
The forecasters then look at the information and tell you exactly what you need to know.
They hope this means you get the most accurate weather forecast.
