Part of a major road on Wearside remains closed this morning after a spillage of slurry last week.
The A1231 Sunderland Highway was closed on Thursday morning so the fatty deposits could be removed.
It's the bi-product of the leather tanning process and it's left the road extremely slippery.
It's still unsafe this morning so the A1231 road remains closed eastbound between Mill House Roundabout and the A182 Washington Highway.
