There will be no prosecution over the death of a four-year-old boy, the Crown Prosecution Service has confirmed. 

by a car driven by his dad Stefan in Thame Leisure Centre on 10 December. 

At an inquest into the four year old's death on Thursday, Oxfordshire coroner Darren Salter recorded the cause of death as accidental. 

After Barnaby's death his family raised £30,000 for Thames Valley Air Ambulance in the youngster's name.

A seven-year-old boy who battled a critical illness will realise his dream of becoming a jockey. 

Freddie Fletcher from Steventon, Oxfordshire was left fighting for his life with an infection, but his love of his pony Tommy helped him recover. 

On Sunday he will become the youngest jockey to compete in the Isle of Wight Grand Festival.  

Thames Valley Police insists it has the resources to respond to a terror attack similar to the one at Westminster on Wednesday. 

However, the outgoing chairman of the Thames Valley Police Federation, Graham Smith, said he was worried that there are not enough armed officers in Berkshire.

He said: "We suffered budget cuts over a number of years. We have lost police officers. 

"If you take the resourcing away and there's nothing to fill it, we can't necessarily react to situations as we would have done in the past."

91Èȱ¬ Radio Oxford Sport understands that Uruguayan businessman Juan Sartori is considering making a bid to buy Oxford United - but reports of rival bid from a Chinese consortium are wide of the mark.

There was potential for investment from the Far East earlier this year, but that appears to have fizzled out.

Sartori's father in law is the Russian owner of AS Monaco who are Champions League semi-finalists and Sartori is serious enough about United that he has already met representatives of its supporters group OxVox. 

They described the 36-year-old as "credible and likeable". It's believed he would be looking to conclude any deal by the end of the current season. 

But chief executive Darryl Eales' said he has no intentions of selling the club, and has not spoken to Mr Sartori. 

After a damp start in some areas, sunshine is expected to break through for a dry day.

Oxfam has come top of a list of the best not-for-profit employers, as rated by its staff.

The charity scored consistently highly in categories including work-life balance, job security, pay and culture.

Charities and the armed forces dominated the top 20 organisations listed by jobs site Indeed.

Citizens Advice was second, followed by the Army, 91Èȱ¬, Red Cross, RSPCA, YMCA, Salvation Army, Cancer Research and HM Forces.
