The UK's James Newman has come last with zero points with his dance track Embers.
France came second, with Switzerland third, Iceland fourth and Ukraine fifth.
The show followed a Covid-19 protocol, with an audience of 3,500 - about 20% of the arena’s capacity.
It was one of the most high profile live events to take place in the pandemic so far.

Amanda Holden utters those fabulous words: "London calling!" And the UK gives douze points to France.
Switzerland is currently top of the board with France not too far behind. No points for the UK... yet.
It's a tense moment for the contestants, as they wait to see if they will receive douze points, or even any points at all. Fingers crossed.
But we still have the public vote to come in, of course.

What would Eurovision be without the roll call of some of the previous winners?
This year, they’ve roped some past champions in to sing on the tops of various Rotterdam buildings.
So we’ve got Noughties legends like Lordi (Finland, 2006) and Helena Paparizou (Greece, 2005), alongside the Netherlands’ 1976 champions Teach-in (Ding-a-dong).
Måns Zelmerlöw (Sweden, 2015) makes yet ANOTHER appearance at Eurovision. After winning, he’s since hosted the show (Stockholm 2016) and appeared as the interval act (Tel Aviv, 2019).
Finally, Sandra Kim (Belgium, 1986) remains the youngest ever winner of the competition. She was 13 at the time and has sung her winning entry J’Aime La Vie tonight.
Georgina looks like she's having fun with her friends...
Here's a rundown of all the songs from tonight's show.

Every year we love to share a pic of at least one pet watching Eurovision. Here's the very cute Mullins - but is he enjoying the show? We're not quite sure!

Dylan sent us this picture of a fine-looking Eurovision buffet, we're only a little bit jealous... He says: "Enjoying a nice buffet and Eurovision here in Manchester - hope Ukraine win."
Won't be too long before you find out Dylan.
Sandra sent us a lovely photo of a young Eurovision fan enjoying the show in Manchester. She's owning that stage! Go girl!
While the recap of all the acts is playing, here's an explainer for you on the voting:
