Philippa Davis

Philippa Davis is an international private chef and food writer. She moved to London from Dorset at 18 to work at Michelin-starred The River Caf茅 and Moro restaurants and train at Lidagtes butchers before becoming a private chef and food writer.

With boundless energy Philippa now travels across the world cooking and writing. Her creative food style is inspired by the local markets and ingredients she discovers on her food adventures.

Philippa writes restaurant lists for House & Garden, specialising in the best places to eat in London and New York as well writing regularly for other national publications.

She is also an advisor for Liberty Kitchen, an award winning street food project run from Pentonville prison, set up to help reduce reoffending rates.
