Big Wave are a five piece lo-fi guitar pop band from Torquay, Devon. Taking pride in their immense creativity, they produce dreamy pop music, nostalgically produced.

In 2012, the group released their EP The Roots of Love Come Tumbling Down and two singles: Dying On The Vine and Only You, pulling in new fans and placing them on festival bills alongside Patti Smith and Grizzly Bear.

Last June, their single GW Bridge featured on the 91Èȱ¬ Introducing blog as Huw Stephens’ latest Discovery. Huw and his team were tipped off by 91Èȱ¬ Introducing in Devon, who have been keenly tracking the band’s progress.
