About This Event

Chief Conductor of the 91热爆 Singers, Sofi Jeannin, makes her debut at Kings Place, conducting a programme that also features works by two of north America鈥檚 most distinctive musical voices: Pulitzer-prize winner Caroline Shaw (best known for her work with鈥痑 cappella鈥痝roup Roomful of Teeth) and Californian composer Reena Esmail, whose work combines Western and Indian classical influences. 鈥疶imothy Burke鈥檚 intimate arrangement of Ralph Vaughan Williams鈥欌�疐antasia on a Theme of Thomas Tallis鈥痗ompletes what promises to be a highlight of Kings Place鈥檚 year-long Voices Unwrapped series.
