Emma Tracey from Ouch's production team joins Liz and Rob for a 'deep and meaningful' entitled: What would you tell your 16 year-old self if you had the opportunity? Perhaps an unusually important question for born disabled people to answer as it's always said that the Disability 'get it' Moment doesn't happen until your late 20s. It'll get you thinking though, no matter where you are on that road at the moment. definitely some rather insightful talk, and good tips, from our team who'd probably prefer to mess around.

We were particularly chuffed when we saw that our show made it to number 22 in the iTunes comedy podcast chart for a little while the other week ... or was it just a glitch in their software?
