Historic moment for the AV campaign
A historic ceremony will take place here at 91Èȱ¬ Millbank in a few minutes time, in the office of the corporation's chief adviser on politics.
In the presence of representatives of the Yes and No organisations, and other broadcasters, Mr Bailey will toss a coin to decide which side gets the first TV broadcast in the campaign.
UPDATE AT 1253GMT:
And the outcome is the following TV broadcasts on the following days:
Monday 11 April NO
Tuesday 12 April YES
Monday 2 May NO
Tuesday 3 May YES

I have made very clear the problem of the Westminster Malaise, though there is no reason you should have read those posts.
