DECLAN: Heh heh heh ah, okay. My story begins, when I was a wee lad and I was鈥
PIP: (Singing) (Interupting) La la la, Declan loves strawberries.
DECLAN: AAAARGGH PIP! STOP IT!

Declan turns away looking sad.
PIP: Declan? Are you okay?
DECLAN: You're hurting my feelings.
BOTH SIGH.
We hear a 'ding' sound and the narrators starts to explain emotions. We see animations that match the descriptions the narrator tells us, like someone under a rain cloud feeling lonely and a big dog barking.
NARRATOR: Feelings are really important, they're a part of everyone. We feel different things every day. Sometimes we feel happy, and sometimes we feel sad. These are two really good examples of our feelings, but did you know we have many feelings, apart from happy and sad too?
NARRATOR: Excited - We feel excited when our favourite cartoon comes on TV. Surprised - We feel surprised when we hear a loud noise. Lonely - We feel lonely when our friends aren't with us in the playground. Angry - We feel angry when our brother takes our toys without asking. Afraid - We feel afraid when a big dog barks at us.
NARRATOR: It鈥檚 perfectly natural for the people around us to have different feelings, for different reasons. It鈥檚 our job to understand these feelings, and think about them when talking to other people. If you or someone you know is feeling sad, it's important to speak about it to somebody at school or at home.
DING
PIP: Woah鈥 So many different types of feelings! Declan?
DECLAN: Hm?
PIP: If I hurt your feelings, because I wouldn't let you tell me your strawberry story, then I'm sorry. Please, tell me your story?
DECLAN: Ah heh! Em - too late! Ha ha ha ha!
Declan holds up the stalk of his eaten strawberry.
