What are feelings?
Being happy or sad are two examples of feelings. But there are also lots of different kinds of feelings that we all experience.
Dealing with feelings
Sometimes we can feel angry, sad or lonely. It鈥檚 important to recognise if we're feeling like that and learn ways of coping that will help us.
Recognising others' feelings
It's important to recognise when your friend or someone else is upset, and to know what do to help them.
