A compilation of clips set to background music and based on the theme of solids, liquids and gases. Includes ice, steam, clouds, exhaust fumes, flour, molten glass, steam produced by a train, a coal furnace, boiling water and the use of a hair dryer. Note: There is no narration in this clip.

Useful as a stimulus for children to create their own short clip showing solids, liquids and gases using examples and gaining ideas from the content of the clip. The children could create fact files on how to change from one state to another using the correct vocabulary including evaporation, condensation, heating and cooling. This could also be linked to the water cycle where the children could create art work showing the process of the water cycle.
