This clip can be used as a spark in a starter exercise for a lesson on adding money. After watching the clip, pupils can be asked to list all of the working combinations that make £1, and possibly do so within a time limit. This can then lead to a mental exercise where pupils work in pairs and practise quickly answering the money addition sums that their partners give them.
