Partnership is a key theme of 鈥榃inter Swans鈥

Question
How does Owen Sheers show that the couple are reconciled by the end of the poem?
- They hold hands, and their hands are compared to the swans鈥 wings, folding over each other.
- Their walk becomes easier as they moved from 鈥榳aterlogged earth鈥 to 鈥榮low-stepping in the lake's shingle and sand鈥. This suggests that they have moved to slightly more solid ground in their relationship too.
