Humans can be reincarnated to a new, better life if they free themselves from mayaAn illusion. (illusion): One who has taken his birth is sure to die, and after death one is sure to take birth again. Hindus choose to live in ways that build up good karma and lead to a positive reincarnation. In this way, they may even escape from the cycle of rebirth, to achieve moksha.
