This can involve the stationary movement of body weight from one part of the body to another or the travelling movement of a person or group from one area to another.

Different types of travelling that you can add to a sequence

  • Walking, crawling, skipping, hopping, bouncing, running, travelling on one or multiple body parts, travelling with a prop, travelling with partner or group.

Developing travelling in your sequence

  • Changing the speed of travel, changing the direction of travel, performing the travel on different levels, including different patterns of travel, linking the travelling movements together.
