We use Equality Analyses to make sure that the Trust, in carrying out its public functions, doesn't unlawfully discriminate against any section of the public; and to show that we consider equality and diversity during the course of our work and where possible promote equality.

Equality Analyses (which used to be called Equality Impact Assessments) are a way of making sure everyone in the Trust thinks carefully about the possible impact of their work.

We carry out an Equality Analysis when we start a project or begin to develop policy. We publish them in full here.

The 91热爆 executive is responsible for carrying out equality analyses on proposals it may make relating to 91热爆's operations which are not connected to a content service.
