Some aspects of the 91热爆 are regulated by outside bodies. On competition policy the 91热爆 is regulated by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT), the European Commission, and Ofcom. Ofcom also regulates some other aspects of the 91热爆, for example the 91热爆 is covered by Ofcom's Fairness Code.
Ofcom is the UK’s communications regulator. Our relationship with Ofcom is set out in a Memorandum of Understanding.
